A Nossa Rotina Anti-Celulite! - MPL beauty

CELLULITE, IS THAT YOU?

First sunny days, first days with bare legs and... you panic when you see cellulite on your legs? First step: take a deep breath and normalize cellulite. Almost everyone has it and, in most cases, it's genetic. There are no perfect bodies, no matter how much it looks like it on Instagram. The first self-care tip is to accept your body and eliminate the idea of an ideal body – beauty also begins in our minds!

However, it's clear that we can and should work on ourselves if we feel there's a feature we don't like so much – especially since many of the causes of cellulite are related to our lifestyle. Then, it's just a matter of boosting our anti-cellulite routine and you're ready to show off those legs without any complexes!

What is cellulite?

In short, it's an accumulation of fat deposits in the skin, distributed unevenly, giving the skin a lumpy appearance - hence the term orange peel.

The causes can be varied, in addition to genetics and age . Hormonal imbalances or changes , stress, a diet very high in fat and carbohydrates and low water intake. Spending too much time sitting or standing, not exercising , smoking , and wearing very tight clothing . If you feel that any of these aspects should be changed in your routine, start there.

ANTI-CELLULITE ROUTINE

1. TONING MASSAGE

It's super important to stimulate lymphatic drainage, as it's responsible for releasing accumulated toxins that cause inflammation (including cellulite). Regular massages with firming serum and body Gua Sha work wonders for the skin: they stimulate elasticity and firmness, even out texture, and maintain hydration levels.

The Firming Kit was formulated with anti-cellulite care in mind: it includes the Firming Serum , a slimming concentrate, and a body Gua Sha . Simply spread the serum over your body and glide the Gua Sha over your skin, always from bottom to top, focusing on your legs, thighs, buttocks, and stomach.

Another way to activate lymphatic drainage is with a body brush , one to three times a week. Preferably, first thing in the morning, before showering and with dry skin, brush your body with upward movements. In addition to activating the lymph, it also activates blood circulation and gently exfoliates the skin, reducing the appearance of cellulite.

2. EXFOLIATION

Regularly exfoliating the skin on your legs is essential to combat cellulite, as it removes accumulated dead skin, which only contributes to the skin looking less toned . Furthermore, exfoliating also massages and activates blood circulation – and we've seen before that this only brings benefits.

The Awakening Exfoliating Scrub , based on Coffee and Kakadu plum is the most recommended for an anti-cellulite exfoliation. Super rich in Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant essential for collagen synthesis, for firmer and more luminous skin. Coffee, also an antioxidant and with a stimulating action , supports blood circulation and helps prevent skin irregularities.

Simply apply the scrub to damp skin in the shower at least once a week. Gently massage in with circular, upward motions – preferably with cold water for a more astringent effect. Super important: moisturize your skin well afterwards.

3. Hydration

The most basic thing we often overlook because we're too lazy to apply oil/cream to our bodies. But it's extremely important to keep your skin hydrated, because dry and dehydrated skin only intensifies the appearance of cellulite. Therefore, make an effort to moisturize your skin well daily with the oil or cream you like best.

4. FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Clean, inflammation-free skin also starts from within. Taking 1 teaspoon of Pure Beauty daily , in any beverage or recipe, supports collagen production and regeneration, resulting in firmer, softer, and more radiant skin . The Detox Drops are also important for supporting the body's natural cleansing process and preventing the skin from reflecting any internal imbalances.
