WHAT IS CELLULITE?

In a nutshell, it's an accumulation of fatty deposits in the skin, distributed irregularly, giving the skin a lumpy appearance - hence the term orange peel.

The causes can be various, apart from genetic and age. Hormonal imbalances or changes, stress, a a diet too high in fat and carbohydrates e low water intake. Passing too much time sitting or standing, not exercising, smoking and use very tight clothing. If you feel that any of these aspects should be changed in your routine, start there.

ANTI-CELLULITE ROUTINE

1. TONING MASSAGE

It is super important to stimulate lymphatic drainage, as it is responsible for releasing accumulated toxins, which generate inflammation (cellulite included).Regular massages with a firming serum and a body Gua Sha do wonders for the skin: they boost elasticity and firmness, even out texture and maintain moisture levels.

O Firming Kit has been formulated with anti-cellulite care in mind: joint the Firme seruma slimming concentrate, and a Gua Sha for the body. Simply spread the serum over your body and slide the Gua Sha across your skin, always from the bottom up, focusing on your legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach.

Another way to activate lymphatic drainage is with theBody Brushone to three times a week. Preferably first thing in the morning, before showering and with dry skin, brush your body with upward movements. In addition to activating the lymph, it also activates blood circulation and lightly exfoliates the skin, reducing the appearance of cellulite.

2. EXFOLIATION

Exfoliating the skin on your legs regularly is key to fighting cellulite, as it will removes accumulated dead skin, which only contributes to the skin looking less toned. Plus, by exfoliating you are also massaging and activating blood circulation. - and we've seen before that this only has benefits.

O Awakening Scrub, based on coffee and kakadu plum, is the most suitable for an anti-cellulite exfoliation. Super rich in Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant essential for collagen synthesis, for firmer, brighter skin. O coffee, also an antioxidant and stimulant, supports blood circulation and helps prevent skin irregularities.

Simply apply the exfoliator to damp skin in the shower at least once a week. Massage gently, using circular and upward movements - and, preferably with cold water for a more astringent effect.Super important: moisturize your skin well afterwards.

3. HYDRATION

But it is of the utmost importance to keep the skin hydrated, because dry and dehydrated skin only intensifies the appearance of cellulite. So, make an effort to moisturize your skin well daily, with the oil or cream you like best.
