What to eat to have more energy

O que comer para ter mais Energia - MPL beauty

Who doesn't need a little extra energy? We'd appreciate it!

Those who are more sensitive to food know what happens when we overeat, when we eat things that aren't so healthy. The weight that accumulates on the body, the difficult digestion, and the plummeting energy (and do you know why this happens? Because the body is trying to cope with the stress of digesting food that may not be in line with what the body recognizes and truly needs).

I believe that everything we eat can affect how we feel and how our body adapts throughout the day. Here are some foods that will help keep our energy more stable throughout the day, without peaks or crashes. The body needs stability, real nutrients, and efficient digestion. Here are some of the foods I consider important to eat more of:

1. Natural and easily digestible plant-based protein

It helps maintain stable blood sugar levels, supports focus, and prevents sudden fatigue.

Lentils, chickpeas, organic tofu
They provide clean protein and maintain stable energy levels without weighing down digestion.

Quinoa, hemp seeds , pumpkin seeds
Rich in amino acids and minerals essential for focus and vitality.

Adaptogenic mushrooms (Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane)
They help fight stress and increase physical and mental stamina. Examples include Super Feminine Proteins or Creativity Proteins.
Products containing REISHI.

2. Good fats, to nourish the brain and calm the nervous system.

Essential for long-term energy, especially in women.

Avocado
A source of anti-inflammatory fat that sustains energy and stabilizes mood.

Virgin olive oil, ghee and raw butter
They nourish the brain and promote lasting satiety.

Raw dried fruit
Rich in healthy fats and minerals, ideal for maintaining energy between meals.

Flax and chia seeds
They provide plant-based omega-3s and fiber to stabilize blood sugar.

3. Complex, yet intelligent carbohydrates

No sugar spikes. The energy comes from the food, which they release slowly.

Sweet potato, pumpkin
They release energy slowly, without causing sugar spikes.

Brown rice
Rich in B vitamins, it supports energy metabolism.

Oat
A stable source of carbohydrates and fiber, perfect for long-lasting morning energy.

Slow-fermented bread
Easier to digest and with a lower glycemic impact.

4. Foods that support the adrenal glands

Essential for lasting energy, not just the kind that explodes and then breaks.

Unprocessed sea salt
Rich in essential minerals that support adrenal function.

Nori or dulse seaweed
A natural source of iodine and iron, essential for combating fatigue.

Litter
It balances hormones and naturally increases physical energy and libido.
Blends with Maca.

Ashwagandha

Bone broth or nutritious homemade vegetable broths
Rich in minerals and amino acids that restore energy and aid digestion.

5. Bitter greens, to support the liver and digestion (fewer toxins, more vitality)

Arugula, watercress, chard, chicory
They stimulate detoxification and increase overall vitality.

Lemon in warm water
It activates digestion first thing in the morning and helps eliminate toxins.

Fresh ginger
It improves circulation and provides immediate energy.

Detox Drops
They help cleanse the body and balance digestion, which is reflected in energy levels.

6. Natural moisturizers, because tiredness is also a form of dehydration in disguise.

Water with Himalayan salt and lemon juice.
It replenishes electrolytes and deeply hydrates.

Herbal infusions (raspberry, nettle, tulsi)
They hydrate and revitalize without caffeine.

Coconut Water
Natural replenishment of essential minerals.

Focus Mix or Relaxing Hot Chocolate
They support concentration or relaxation with adaptogenic ingredients.

And what should you avoid?

Simple sugar in disguise (even when labeled "healthy")
It causes rapid energy spikes followed by abrupt drops, leaving the body more tired.

Excessive coffee (it steals more energy than it gives)
It can wear down the nervous system and create a cycle of dependence and fatigue.

Highly processed foods
They overload the digestive system, inflame the body, and reduce vital energy.

Skipping meals or misguided fasting
They disrupt blood sugar levels and affect physical and emotional stability throughout the day.

MPL PRODUCTS:

1. Super Woman Capsules

For what purpose: sustained energy, clearer focus, hormonal support, and resistance to fatigue.
When to use: in the morning with breakfast, it provides fuel throughout the day.
Why it makes sense: These capsules combine adaptogens and nutrients that balance the adrenal-energy axis , helping to maintain vitality without the classic caffeine "highs and lows."

2. Protein Energy Mixture

Why: To reinforce stable energy, build light muscle, aid recovery, and maintain a balanced metabolism.
When to use: post-workout or mid-morning to keep blood sugar stable.
Why it makes sense: high-quality proteins, combined with ingredients that support focus and metabolism, sustain physical and mental energy.

3. Detox Drops

Why: to cleanse internal "burden" — liver, digestion, feeling of heaviness.
When to use: in the morning with warm water or before the main meal of the day.
Why it makes sense: By optimizing digestion and the elimination process, the body "saves energy" that it would normally spend on inflammatory processes or metabolic overload.

4. Mushroom Massage + Effective Eye Serum

For what purpose: presence, focus, restorative pause, and local circulation.
When to use: in the morning after showering and/or in the afternoon as a 3-5 minute break.
Why it makes sense: a facial massage with mushrooms stimulates circulation, subtly awakens the face and nervous system, and acts as a caffeine-free mental "reset." The eye serum reduces fatigue, decongests, and provides immediate luminosity.

5. Coffee Awakening Exfoliator

For what purpose: tactile and sensory energy in the body, firmer texture, stimulated circulation.
When to use: 2-3 times a week in the shower, preferably in the morning.
Why it makes sense: contact with the body through exfoliation, especially coffee, activates circulation, gives a feeling of alertness, and prepares the skin to better receive subsequent products.

6. Vela Espresso

For what purpose: focus, presence, morning or early afternoon rituals.
When to use: Light it while preparing for the day, reading and organizing, or before a creative work session.
Why it makes sense: the smell creates a neurological "signal" of focus, like coffee, but without ingesting anything. The ritual itself regulates internal rhythm.

7. Handheld Body Brush

For what purpose: improved circulation, a more active lymphatic system, and an immediate feeling of alertness.
When to use: in the morning or before showering.
Why it makes sense: dry brushing activates the body from the outside in, generates mild cortisol, improves circulation and gets the system moving, working as a micro-ritual to awaken the body.
