Weekends usually mean more time... and there's nothing better than making a quick banana cake that fills the house with a comforting aroma (and is also good for you!).
RESET Banana Cake Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup of milk (whichever you prefer)
1 tablespoon of cashew or peanut butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of RESET Chocolate Drink
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of vanilla
Optional toppings
Banana slices
Cashew or peanut butter
chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Add all ingredients (except the toppings) to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the batter to a suitable baking dish. Top with banana slices, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Note: You can divide the dough into two small bowls and make two portions, or put all the dough in one larger bowl. -
Optional: finish with more slices of fresh banana, cashew butter, and chocolate chips.
