Lime and Matcha Mousse

A delicious (and healthy) lime mousse recipe with an extra - Matcha !! You won't want to miss this delicious summer-flavored recipe.

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups raw cashews, soaked

  • 2 ripe but firm avocados

  • 1/4 cup sweetener to taste (honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup...), optional

  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (the top thickens when you open a can of coconut milk)

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of matcha

  • 2 pipettes filled with Detox drops

  • pinch of fleur de sel

  • 2 dessert spoons of melted cocoa butter or coconut oil, melted

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except cocoa butter or coconut oil in a blender glass. Beat until you get a very creamy, lump-free mixture. Add more coconut milk if needed.

  2. Add the cocoa butter or coconut oil and beat again to combine.

  3. Divide into cups. Store in the fridge for 1 hour or until cold and firmer. Sprinkle with more lime zest before serving.
