Lime and Matcha Mousse

A delicious (and healthy) lemon mousse recipe with an extra touch - Matcha !! You won't want to miss this delicious, summery recipe.

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cups of raw cashews, soaked

  • 2 ripe but firm avocados

  • 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup, etc.), optional.

  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (the top thickens when you open a can of coconut milk)

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of matcha

  • 2 pipettes filled with Detox drops

  • a pinch of fleur de sel

  • 2 tablespoons of melted cocoa butter or melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients, except cocoa butter or coconut oil, in a blender. Blend until smooth and lump-free. Add more coconut milk if needed.

  2. Add the cocoa butter or coconut oil and beat again to incorporate.

  3. Divide into glasses. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled and firmer. Sprinkle with more lime zest before serving.
