In the morning, and still on an empty stomach, put the equivalent of a tablespoon of Brilha in your mouth and swish for at least 3 minutes (but the longer, the better). Throw the oil away - it is normal for it to come out yellow, a sign that it has retained all the impurities present in your mouth. Next, brush your teeth with your favorite toothpaste.
