Good afternoon, My experience with this product was not at all positive! The Firm Kit consists of oil inserted into a glass container and a gua sha. This stone is very "thin" which gives it fragility. Unfortunately, I kept the stone along with the Bottle as soon as I received the order. When I go to use it for the first time, I notice that the stone was broken in half, I deduce that it must have touched the oil bottle and broke inside the drawer. I wasn't even able to test the benefit of the stone with the product. I immediately reported it to the brand to see if there could be an identical case and if it was possible to replace the stone, given that it was within days of delivery and given the value of the KIT, but unfortunately they didn't do it... The post-purchase service disappointed me, even more so, because I bought several products and was loyal to the brand. Compliments, Sonia
