Bolo Soufflé de Chocolate (sem farinha)

Chocolate Souffle Cake (no flour)

It was undecided between chocolate mousse or cake .. so I decided to do some of the two.

I made the base of a mousse and then put in the oven like a souffle. The cake was delicious .. of those who melt in the mouth. Nothing heavy.

Try you will love it.

Ingredients

150gr of unsalted butter

150gr of chocolate culinaria

4 Eggs

150gr of sugar

vanilla, I use powder but can use essence

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oven at 150c. Line a form of stable base with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl in a water bath, beware not to let the bowl touch the water. When everything is melted remove the bowl from the heat and let the chocolate mixture cool until it reaches room temperature.
  3. As the chocolate melts, separate the eggs by placing the egg yolks into a bowl of the mixer and the egg whites. Add half the sugar in each bowl.
  4. In the bowl with the gems add the vanilla. Beat the egg yolks until they increase in volume and get a lighter color mixture. Reserve.
  5. With the beaten and dried mixer rods, beat the egg whites until they are in the castle (but not very rijas).
  6. Make sure the chocolate mixture is at room temperature so as not to cook the egg yolks. Turn the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the beaten egg yolks, wrap even well mixed. Add the egg whites and incorporate gently.
  7. Turn the dough into the prepared shape and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake has grown but still soft inside.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool, I personally like to eat warm. It is even more delicious the next day!
