Botanical crackers


200gr of unsalted butter at room temperature 

3/4 cup sugar I like the most

2 spoons of tea Matcha or DETOX in powder

1 teaspoon essential vanilla

Pitty of salt

3 cups of flour (I used white mirror)


In a mixer, mix the butter, sugar and dust Matcha or detox. Beat well, 5 minutes, until it gets a cute and creamy mixture. Add the vanilla, salt and flour. Beat until you incorporate, beware not to hit too much. Turn to a work surface, sift flour and extend the dough with a roll.

Sprinkle with flower petals. Pass the roll again to join.

The trick to be adhered to the petals is to put in the freezer.

Heat the oven at 170 degrees.

When the oven is hot place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Let it cool to get firmer.
