RECIPE
COCOA CHAI
This drink is ideal for helping to balance the nervous system, boost the mood and protect the immune system - and what's more, it tastes wonderfully of cocoa.
It's because I know the benefits that cocoa has on our bodies that I chose it as one of the ingredients in this drink Calm. When I'm feeling nervous or want something close to a hot chocolate (but full of benefits), I add 1 teaspoon to vegetable milk. It's ideal for helping to relieve tension and anxiety.
Ingredients

1 heaped teaspoon of reishi

1 tablespoon of raw cacao

1 teaspoon of Calm (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

1 teaspoon coffee ashwagandha

1 tablespoon raw cocoa butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk of your choice (I used homemade coconut milk)
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat with the water. Bring to the boil and mix until everything is well dissolved and homogeneous.

Add the milk and turn off the heat.

Pour the mixture into a blender jug and blend until everything is blended and you get a nice foam.

Serve and add rose petals on top and a pinch of black pepper.
