Cocoa Chai
This drink is ideal for helping to balance the nervous system, raise humor and protect the immune system - and on top of that, with a wonderful taste to cocoa.
It is for knowing the benefits that cocoa has in our body that I chose it as one of the ingredients of the drink Calm. When I walk more nervous or when I want something close to a hot chocolate (but full of benefits), I add 1 teaspoon in vegetable milk. It is ideal to help relieve tension and anxiety.
Ingredients

1 teaspoon poorly full of Reishi

1 tablespoon raw cocoa

1 teaspoon of Calm (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

1 spoon of coffee Ashwagandha

1 tablespoon raw cocoa butter
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of milk I like the most (I used homemade coconut)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a pan and heat with the water. Let it boil and mix until everything is well dissolved and homogeneous.

Add the milk and turn off the heat.

Turn the mixture to a blender glass, beat until it is mixed and get that good foam.

Serve and add pink petals on top and a pinch of black pepper.
