We find it super fun to drink from Cristina Mantasour guest of the From Inside OutThis week's guest has chosen a milkshake as her favorite drink, so we decided to recreate it!

Here follows the recipe:
1 frozen banana
Blueberries
Blackberries
Almond Butter
Vegan chocolate protein ENERGIA
Almond milk
Simply mix everything in a blender and beat well. At the end pass it to a glass or to your thermos in order to keep the milkshake very fresh.
