Tropical granized with mint and ginger


This granized is one of those easy -to -prepare recipes that know well on these summer days. 




Serves 6 to 8 people

1 peeled and arranged pineapple
2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup of fresh passion fruit pulp
1 piece of 2cm (or to taste) of ginger
1 teaspoon of Immunity
4 to 10 leaves of mint (to taste)



1. Put all the fruit, ginger, Immunity and mint in a robot and beat until a homogeneous mixture. Prove, if you need to get to taste with honey or atcer syrup.

2. Pour the preparation into a large and poorly deep plastic box. Tape and freeze. Remove from fridge every 1 to 2 hours and pass with a fork to undo the ice. Do this at least 3 times.

To serve, use a fork to scrape the surface to release the
Ice and get a wide. Serve.
