Serves 2
4 teaspoons of açaí
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 bananas, frozen
¼ cup coconut milk, more if needed
3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
Toppings
1 banana, sliced
¼ cup granola
2 tablespoons goji berries
2 tablespoons macadamias (or other dried fruit) broken into pieces
2 tablespoons cacao nuggets
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Pinch of cinnamon powder
good spoonful of creamy peanut butter
Place the acai, blueberries, banana, coconut milk and raw cacao powder in a blender jug. Blend until you get a thick, creamy mixture. Add more coconut milk if needed to get the desired consistency. Divide into bowls and top with toppings to taste.
