4 teaspoons of açaí
2 cups of frozen blueberries
2 frozen bananas
¼ cup coconut milk, plus more if needed.
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
Toppings
1 banana, sliced
¼ cup of granola
2 tablespoons of goji berries
2 tablespoons of macadamia nuts (or other nuts) broken into pieces
2 tablespoons of cacao nibs
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
A pinch of ground cinnamon
a generous spoonful of creamy peanut butter
Place the açaí, blueberries, banana, coconut milk, and raw cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until you have a thick, creamy mixture. Add more coconut milk if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Divide into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
