Açaí and cocoa bowl

This bowl, which you can make for breakfast or a snack, is packed with beauty nutrients and antioxidants that help prevent premature aging and strengthen collagen.

I would say that it should be a recipe to consume during these summer months as it prepares the skin for the sun, hydrating it from the inside out and protecting against harmful UV rays through its antioxidants. Perfect for obtaining energy and elastic, luminous skin.

Serves 2

4 teaspoons of açaí

2 cups of frozen blueberries

2 bananas, frozen

¼ cup coconut milk, more if needed

3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder

Toppings

1 banana, sliced

¼ cup of granola

2 tablespoons of goji berries

2 tablespoons macadamias (or other dried fruit) broken into pieces

2 tablespoons of cacao nuggets

2 tablespoons of grated coconut

Pinch of cinnamon powder

good spoonful of creamy peanut butter

Place the açaí, blueberries, banana, coconut milk and raw cocoa powder in a blender jar. Beat until you get a thick and creamy mixture. Add more coconut milk if needed to obtain the desired consistency. Divide between bowls and season with toppings of your choice.
