Body Gua Sha is one of our favorite beauty tools. Not only does it help sculpt body lines, prevent and improve cellulite, and stimulate skin elasticity and radiance, but it's also a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system, essential for releasing toxins accumulated in the body's tissues. This lymphatic activation is essential for reducing inflammation levels , which then translates into immense benefits: less swelling, less accumulated tension, more skin elasticity, and a more even and smooth texture.
If you've been putting off trying Gua Sha because you think you won't have the patience to massage your whole body, this post is for you. You don't need to massage your entire body at once. You can do daily massages on various parts of your body where you have lymph nodes. Faster and the same benefits!
Shall we get a massage?

Tips:
🏽
- Always apply an oil to the body to facilitate massage. We recommend Firme oil , specially formulated with firming and slimming botanical actives.
- Use smooth and gentle movements – the goal is not to hurt the skin or cause pain during the massage.
- The Gua Sha should have only a slight incline , practically flush with the skin (15º). Do not place it at a 90º angle, as this is not the correct way.

Neck
If you work a lot on the computer or have long, stressful days, then this massage is truly perfect. Start by applying oil to the neck area and massage with your hands. Then, using the Gua Sha, begin at the nape of the neck, gliding it down to the shoulders. Repeat the movement about 10 times on both sides.
🏽
Abdominal
Begin with the obliques, sliding the Gua Sha towards the navel area, laterally. Then, from top to bottom, starting below the chest and sliding down to the lower abdomen. Finally, to stimulate digestion, massage the abdomen in circular, clockwise motions.
🏽
Legs
By massaging your legs, you will not only be stimulating the lymph nodes in the back of the knee and pelvic region, but you will also be improving or preventing cellulite. Start at the base of the foot and slide the stone towards the knee. Then, from the knee to the pelvic region and buttocks. It's also a great way to relieve accumulated tension in the legs.
🏽
Arms
To stimulate the lymph nodes in the elbows and armpits, begin by massaging the shoulders in semi-circles about 10 times. Then, start moving the Gua Sha from the elbow to the armpit area. Finish with longer movements, covering the entire arm, from the hand to the armpit.
