Tarte de Chocolate

Chocolate pie

The dessert you'll want to make most this summer. Super quick and easy, and very delicious!

A tart with a gluten-free almond base, with a creamy chocolate filling and dotted with rose petals.

What we like most is that it is full of ingredients that are good for us, not only for stress and anxiety but also for our skin.

Ingredients:

(Serves 4)

Base

  • 2 cups of almond kernels, chopped until you get a mixture that resembles coarse breadcrumbs
  • 2 dessert spoons of Calma
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (medjool dates, honey, maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cupcocoa butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of fine salt

Filling

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 dessert spoons of Calma
  • 1 cup meltedcocoa butter
  • 1/2 cup of a liquid sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup…
  • 4 pipettes filled with Beauty Drops
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation:

  1. Start by making the base. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you have a uniform, sticky dough. Press with your fingers to spread the dough and create an even layer, in a small tart pan with a removable bottom. Store in the fridge while you make the filling.
  2. To make the filling, place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until creamy and without lumps. Taste and see if it is sweet enough. Adjust if necessary. Pour the filling into the prepared base. Tap the tart pan lightly on the counter to release all air bubbles.
  3. Store in the fridge for two hours or until firm. Before serving, decorate with dried rose petals.
