Smoothie Bowl Cocoa Anti-Stress
A 4 ingredient recipe for the benefit of helping to relieve beings (who doesn't?!) And fatigue.
INGREDIENTS
3 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of vegetable protein ENERGY
2 teaspoons of the soluble mixture CALM
2 tablespoons of vegetable milk
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a robot or blender. Beat until you get a creamy mixture. You can add more milk to get the desired consistency.
Turn to a bowl and decorate with fruit if you wish.
