Collagen Boost Breakfast

A quick breakfast with tropical flavors to give you energy and satisfy your hunger in the morning.

The secret to this recipe is truly Pure Beauty , with medicinal plants that protect and stimulate collagen production. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily to achieve the desired effect (firmer, more elastic, and healthier skin!). 

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of oats
1 dessert spoon of chia seeds
2 handfuls of frozen raspberries (or other fruit you like)
a pinch of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cardamom
1 and a half cups of plant-based milk or water  
2 teaspoons of Pure Beauty
2 dessert spoons of Super Feminine

lime zest
small piece of ginger

For serving, optional:
seasonal fruit
coconut flakes
seeds
nuts

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a mixture with the consistency you like (some prefer it very creamy, we personally like "texture").

Turn into a bowl and garnish with seasonal fruit. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts if you want an extra boost.
