A quick breakfast with tropical flavors to give you energy and satisfy your hunger in the morning.
The secret to this recipe is Pure Beauty , with medicinal plants that protect and stimulate collagen production. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons every day to achieve the desired effect (firmer, more elastic and healthier skin!).
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of oats
1 dessert spoon of chia seeds
2 handfuls of frozen raspberries (or other fruit you like)
pinch of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cardamom
1 and a half cups of vegetable milk or water
2 teaspoons of Pure Beauty
lime zest
small piece of ginger
To serve, optional:
seasonal fruit
coconut chips
seeds
nuts
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender glass and blend until you get a mixture with the consistency you like the most (some people prefer it very creamy, we personally like "texture").
Turn into a bowl and decorate with seasonal fruit. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts if you want an extra boost.
