Collagen Boost Breakfast

A quick breakfast with tropical flavors to give you energy and satisfy your hunger in the morning.

The secret to this recipe is Pure Beautywith medicinal plants that protect and stimulate collagen production. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons every day to get the desired effect (firmer, more elastic and healthier skin!). 

1/3 cup of oats
1 tablespoon dessert spoon of chia seeds
2 hands handfuls of frozen raspberries (or any other fruit you like)
pinch of vanilla
1 tablespoon teaspoon of cardamom
1 and a half cups of vegetable milk or water 
2 tablespoons teaspoons of Pure Beauty
lime zest
small piece of ginger

To serve, optional:
seasonal fruit
coconut chips


Place all the ingredients in a blender jug and blend until you get a mixture with the consistency you like best, (some prefer it very creamy, we personally like "texture").

Pour into a bowl and garnish with seasonal fruit. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts for an extra boost.
