Preparation
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, do not let it boil. Pour into a blender.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and sweetener to taste. Beat until you obtain a creamy mixture with foam on top.
- Serve sprinkled with a pinch of matcha , if desired.
