Drenagem linfática: mais firmeza e menos celulite, sem sair de casa!

Lymphatic drainage: more firmness and less cellulite, without leaving home!

Think of your body as a city, with streets, roads and highways - these passageways are your lymphatic system, through which the body expels toxic excesses that accumulate in the tissues. Unlike blood, which has the help of the heart to be pumped throughout the body, lymph needs gentle muscle contractions to reach the lymph nodesThe lymph nodes are located in the neck, forearms, sternum, abdomen, top of the thighs, behind the knees and elbows - which is why it's important to give our body this stimulus ourselves.

At the bottom, the lymphatic system has a purifying function and supporting lymphatic drainage can be useful for many things:

  • Regulating bowel movements
  • Improving digestion
  • Cleaner, brighter skin
  • Improve skin texture and prevent/mitigate cellulite
  • Improve chronic headaches
  • Relieve muscle tension
  • Improve immune response
  • Relieve menstrual symptoms
  • Increase energy and vitality

Important for removing accumulated dead cells and stimulating skin elasticity, the movements during exfoliation also help to activate blood circulation and stimulate the lymph. Our favorite exfoliants when it comes to boosting skin elasticity and improving its texture are the Awakenwith coffee and kakadu plum, and the Stimulateswith matcha and citrus fruits.
