Lima and Matcha mousse

A delicious (and healthy) recipe for Mousse de Lima with an extra - Matcha!! You will not want to lose this delicious recipe with summer flavor.

Serves 4

  • 2 cups of raw casks, soaked

  • 2 mature but firm avocados

  • 1/4 cup of sweetener to taste (honey, coconut sugar, syrup of sucer ..), optional

  • 1 lime, scrape and juice

  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream (the top of the top when we opened a can of coconut milk)

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon matcha

  • 2 pipettes full of drops detox

  • pitty of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of dessert cocoa butter melted or coconut oil, melted



  1. Put all ingredients except cocoa butter or coconut oil in a blender glass. Beat until you get a very creamy and lump mixture. Add more coconut milk if you need.

  2. Add cocoa butter or coconut oil and beat again to incorporate.

  3. Divide by glasses. Store in the fridge for 1 hour or until cold and firmer. Sprinkle with more lime scrape before serving.
