This granita is one of those easy-to-prepare recipes that tastes great on these summer days.

Ingredients:
Serves 6 to 8 people.
1 peeled and prepared pineapple2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup of fresh passion fruit pulp
1 piece of ginger (2cm or to taste)
1 teaspoon of Immunity
4 to 10 mint leaves (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Place all the fruit, ginger, Immunity , and mint in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if needed.
2. Pour the mixture into a large, shallow plastic container. Cover and freeze. Remove from the freezer every 1 to 2 hours and fluff with a fork to break up the ice. Do this at least 3 times.
