Ingredients (yields about 22 balls):

  • 1 cup of bumps
  • ¼ cup of cashew butter or natural almond (can use seed butter as an alternative)
  • ¼ cup of sugar -free coconut flakes
  • ¾ Coguenee oats+ 3 tablespoons to add at the end
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Pure Beauty (replaces proteins and adds a vegetable collagen boost and superfoods)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom
  • ¼ tsp of sea salt

Preparation:
