3 Recipes
ANTI-STRESS TONIC
This is a toner I make many times a week, especially when I feel more anxious and stressed. And as you already know, stress is the number one enemy of our endocrine system.

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of warm plant-based milk
2 teaspoons of CALM
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon of Reishi
1 teaspoon or more of GHEE*
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well until you obtain a creamy and frothy mixture. Add sweetener to taste (I usually don't use any because CALMA is sweet enough).
Our hormones are made of cholesterol, so they need good fats. Namely ghee, avocado, good olive oil... Don't be afraid to use ghee. Ghee is essential for our bodies to function properly.

As you probably already know, I'm a fan of Super Woman Capsules . I take two capsules every day, first thing in the morning. I can't live without them.
