ANTI-STRESS TONIC
This is a tonic that I use often during the week, especially when I feel more anxious and stressed. And as you already know, stress is the number one enemy of our endocrine system.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of hot vegetable milk
2 teaspoons of CALM
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon of Reishi
1 teaspoon or more of GHEE*
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender glass. Beat well until you get a creamy, foamy mixture. Add sweetener to taste (I normally don't use it as CALMA provides enough sweetness).
* our hormones are made from cholesterol, so they need good fats. Namely ghee, avocado, good olive oil... Don't be afraid to use ghee. Ghee is essential to get our body working properly.
