2 cups of hot vegetable milk
2 teaspoons of CALMA
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon Reishi
1 teaspoon or more of GHEE*
Put all the ingredients in a blender glass. Beat well until you get a creamy, frothy mixture. Add sweetener to taste (I usually don't use it because CALMA brings enough sweetness).
