Iva Viana is one of those women, who make me want to create more and better. if you don't know her work, stop by her feed here @iva.viana_sculpture

I hope you enjoy meeting her as much as I did!

Who and what inspires you? Those around me and everything around me.

What do you have yet to create? I don't know that. The creative process is continuous so I don't know what I will be doing in the future. One thing is certain, 10 years ago when I opened the Iva Viana atelier, I had no idea that I would be doing what I am doing today. It's about letting it flow, with our values as a principle.

First thing to do when you wake up: Feed the bugs.

How to relax at the end of the day: Rowing.

A place to switch off: Lima river.

Favorite physical exercise: Rowing.

How you discharge stress: By rowing.

A woman who inspires you: Grace peace.

Your ideal diet is... as complete as possible. Have hydrates, protein and then color it with lots of vegetables.

What's not missing from your beauty routine: Skin cleanser, toner, eye cream and sunscreen.

Favorite MPL'beauty product: Cucumber essence.

How do you feel more beautiful? As natural as possible, accepting the passing years. As I said I take care of my facial skin, wear little makeup (mascara and eyeliner), don't dye my hair (I've been assuming my whites since I was 35) and take care of my body and mind by paddling. I have days, but most of the time I leave the house feeling good 😊
