Anti-aging cake

 The cake we should all try. In addition to delicious it is good for the skin.

Anti-aging cake

Ingredients

  • 200g of unsalted butter

  • 180g of yellow or masked sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 150g of whole or mirror flour

  • 150g almond core (ground almond)

  • 1 teaspoon of yeast powder

  • 50g of rolled almonds

  • 4 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 tablespoon Pure beauty

 

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven at 170º. Grease a buttered spring pan, line the base with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until it gets a cute and creamy mixture. Beat the eggs, one at a time, adding one tablespoon of the flour with each. Incorporate the almond core and Pure beauty with a large spoon. Sift the remaining flour and yeast on top and mix gently.

  3. Pour the dough in the prepared form, leveling the top. Sprinkle evenly with the rolled almonds. Bake for 45 minutes or until a stick comes out dry when inserted in the center.

  4. Remove the cake from the oven. Still hot, drizzle with honey, try to do so in a uniform way. Let it cool slightly before serving. It comes well with Greek natural yogurt and fresh raspberries.
