1 cup red berries, frozen
1/2 medium banana
1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or other vegetable milk you like)
1 tablespoon healthy fat (coconut oil, ghee, or seed/fruit fat butter)
1 to 2 dessert spoons of Pure Beauty
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
