Ingredients

  • 1 cup red berries, frozen

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or other vegetable milk you like)

  • 1 tablespoon healthy fat (coconut oil, ghee, or seed/fruit fat butter)

  • 1 to 2 dessert spoons of Pure Beauty 

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
