Springtime Allergy Shake

With the arrival of spring also come seasonal allergies, which can be very bothersome, so I wanted to share with you a smoothie full of great ingredients to help this time of year.


Serves 4

1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup mango slices, frozen
1 tablespoon of the soluble mix IMMUNITY
1 piece ginger, qb
2 cups vegetable milk or water

Place all the ingredients into a blender cup.
Blend until you get a creamy mixture, add more milk or water to get the desired consistency.
Serve and drink.

*Tip: Immunity soluble blend helps with seasonal allergies, inflammation, mood and immunity.
