Mug cake

Remember the mug cake?! Success a few years ago :) This is a slightly healthier but equally delicious version.

Ideal cake for those days when we need a candy immediately. Just mix everything in a cup and it's already. Fast to do, dirty little and rich in chocolate, yummm. Can there be better?

 

Makes 1 big cups or 2 small

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of tahini or almond butter

60g of melted cooking chocolate or 3 tablespoons of cocoa in powder

¼ cup of coconut sugar or another you like

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon of paste or vanilla extract

1 shallow tablespoon of the flour you like the most (I've done with mirror, rice flour, etc. always runs well)

 

PREPARATION

Heat the oven at 180º. Grease a cup with butter and set aside.

In the cup, misure the tahini or almond butter with melted chocolate or cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake between 3 to 5 minutes, until crispy but liquid inside.

*Tip:

I don't have a microwave, I never had it, so I make this cake in the oven, but who has and prefer to use strength!
