Remember mug cakes?! They were a hit a few years ago :) This is a slightly healthier version, but just as delicious.
The perfect cake for those days when you need something sweet right away. Just mix everything in a mug and you're done. Quick to make, minimal mess, and rich in chocolate, yum! Could there be anything better?
Makes 1 large cup or 2 small cups.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of tahini or almond butter
60g of melted cooking chocolate or 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut sugar or another type of sugar you like
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste or extract
1 level tablespoon of your favorite flour (I've made it with spelt flour, rice flour, etc., and it always works).
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180º. Grease a mug with butter and set aside.
In a cup, mix the tahini or almond butter with the melted chocolate or cocoa. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, until crispy on the outside but still liquid on the inside.
*Tip:
I don't have a microwave, I never have, so I bake this cake in the oven, but for those who have one and prefer to use their own strength!
