Anti-Swelling Shake

If you're feeling puffier and need to lose some volume, this smoothie is perfect for breakfast! :)

It helps to bring you a good dose of greens and regulate the digestive system. It also has lots of protein for a boost of energy and a greater feeling of satiety.

 

INGREDIENTS:

almond milk

1 handful of frozen raspberries

1 ripe banana

3 peaches

1 piece of ginger

1 dessertspoon almond butter

2 dessertspoons of Superfeminine Protein

 

Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
