If you're feeling bloated and need to lose volume, this smoothie is perfect for breakfast! :)

It helps provide a good dose of vegetables and regulate the digestive system. In addition, it has plenty of protein for an energy boost and a greater feeling of fullness.

INGREDIENTS:

almond milk

1 handful of frozen raspberries

1 ripe banana

3 peaches

1 piece of ginger

1 dessert spoon of almond butter

2 tablespoons of Super Feminine Protein

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
