Anti-Swelling Shake

INGREDIENTS:
almond milk
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana
3 peaches
1 piece of ginger
1 dessertspoon almond butter
2 dessertspoons of Superfeminine Protein
Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
