Serves 6

Base

1 cup of oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

2 teaspoons of PURE BEAUTY

1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Raspberry and chia filling

2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

4 pipettes filled with BEAUTY DROPS

1 dessert spoon of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil

PREPARATION

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Place all the base ingredients in a food processor and blend until a mixture comes together when pressed. Pour into the prepared pan and, using your fingertips or the back of a spoon, smooth until you have an even layer. Refrigerate while you make the filling.

For the filling, place the raspberries in a bowl. Mash well with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Spread over the base. Store in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolates in a double boiler and pour over the raspberry mixture. Sprinkle with dried rose petals if desired. Freeze overnight . Cut into squares and serve.
