Short Hair - 2 to 3 tablespoons.

Long Hair - 5 to 6 tablespoons.

1. Mix the powder with hot water or tea in a non-metallic bowl until it reaches a consistency similar to yogurt.
2. Once cooled, apply evenly throughout the hair, especially at the roots.
3. Cover your head with a shower cap or towel, and leave it on for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Rinse your hair and dry it with a towel.
