Tiramisu is my favorite dessert!
And this orange one is a fresher version that's really delicious now with the summer heat. Try it and then tell me what you think.
Ingredients
serves 8
1 cup of fresh orange juice
8 Champagne biscuits
1 package of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of brown or yellow sugar
1 tablespoon of orange zest
1 Egg white 1
Tablespoon of fine sugar
Cocoa powder , for serving.
Strawberries (or fruit of your choice), peeled, washed, and cut into pieces, ready to serve.
Preparation

Place the orange juice in a bowl. Dip the cookies, one at a time, into the juice and line the bases of eight 125 ml (1/2 cup) glasses. Drizzle with the remaining orange juice.

Mix the ricotta cheese, brown sugar, and orange zest in a medium bowl.

Use a whisk to mix the egg and sugar in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form.

Use a metal spoon to incorporate the egg white into the ricotta mixture.

Divide the ricotta mixture among the serving glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours until chilled.

Top with strawberries before serving.
