Tiramisu is my favorite dessert!
And this orange one is a cooler version that tastes really good now with the summer heat. Try it and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
serves 8
1 Cup of natural orange juice
8 Champagne Cookies
1 package of ricotta
2 tablespoons brown or yellow sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 egg white 1
Tablespoon of fine sugar
Cocoa powder , for serving
Strawberries (or fruit of choice), peeled, washed, cut into pieces, to serve
Preparation

Place the orange juice in a bowl. Dip the biscuits, one at a time, in the juice and line the bases of eight 125 ml (1/2 cup) glasses. Drizzle with the remaining orange juice.

Mix the ricotta, brown sugar and orange zest in a medium bowl.

Use a whisk to mix the egg and sugar in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form.

Use a metal spoon to fold the egg white into the ricotta mixture.

Divide the ricotta mixture between serving glasses. Cover with cling paper and store in the fridge for 2 hours until cold.

Top with strawberries to serve.
