Tiramisu is my favorite dessert!
And this orange is a cooler version that really knows well now with summer heat. Try it and then tell me what you think.
Ingredients
serves 8
1 cup of natural orange juice
8 champagne cookies
1 RICOTTA PACKAGING
2 tablespoons of brown or yellow sugar
1 tablespoon of orange scrape
1 egg white 1
Table of thin of thin sugar
Cocoa powder, to serve
Strawberries (or fruit to the choice), peeled, washed, cut into pieces, to serve
Preparation

Put the orange juice in a bowl. Dip the cookies, one at a time, in the juice and line the bases of eight 125 ml cups (1/2 cup) of capacity. Drizzle with the remaining orange juice.

Mix the ricotta, yellow sugar and orange zest in a medium bowl.

Use a rod beater to mix the egg and sugar in a clean and dry bowl until soft peaks.

Use a metal spoon to incorporate egg white into the ricotta mixture.

Divide the ricotta mixture, between the serving cups. Cover with adherent paper and store in the fridge for 2 hours until cold.

Cover with strawberries to serve.
