There are those days when you really have to eat something sweet. This is the answer to that dilemma. A delicious and healthy snack with dark chocolate and medicinal plants that support hormonal balance. So a snack without regrets.
serves 6 to 8
1 cup and 1/2 dark chocolate (we used super desire chocolate)
1/2 cup almond butter or tahini
4 Rice Crackers, you can use more if you want
2 dessert spoons of Ashwagandha
PREPARATION
Line a pan with parchment paper. Reserve.
Melt the chocolate in a medium bowl over a bain-marie.
Add the almond butter and mix. Add the Ashwagandha and mix again.
