Snack for hormonal balance

There are those days when you really have to eat something sweet. This is the answer to this dilemma. A delicious and healthy snack with black chocolate and medicinal plants that support hormonal balance. So a snack without regrets.

 

serves 6 to 8

1 cup and 1/2 of black chocolate (we use the chocolate super desire)

1/2 cup of almond or tahini butter 

4 rice crackers, you can use more if you want

2 tablespoons of dessert Ashwagandha
