There are those days when you really need something sweet. This is the answer to that dilemma. A delicious and healthy snack with dark chocolate and medicinal plants that support hormonal balance. Therefore, a snack you won't regret.

Serves 6 to 8
1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate (we used Super Desire chocolate)
1/2 cup almond butter or tahini
4 rice crackers, you can use more if you want.
2 dessert spoons of Ashwagandha
PREPARATION
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a medium bowl over a double boiler.
Add the almond butter and mix. Add the Ashwagandha and mix again.

Pour the mixture into the prepared mold. Using the back of a spoon, compact everything well and level it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
