Whenever I need "that" quick and healthy dessert, I remember this chocolate mousse with tofu. With only 4 ingredients and ready in minutes, this mousse is the perfect combination of flavor and well-being, especially with our Calma soluble mix, which adds a relaxing and even more delicious touch.
Calming Blend: Key Ingredients for Hormonal Balance
Ashwagandha – One of the most powerful adaptogens for regulating cortisol (the stress hormone), reducing anxiety, and supporting the body's natural energy.
Shatavari – Known as the “queen of feminine plants,” this root naturally balances hormone levels, providing great support during PMS, irregular cycles, or times of increased stress.

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FOR HORMONAL BALANCE
Ingredients
- 100g of chocolate, I used beauty chocolate.
- 300g of organic silken tofu, at room temperature.
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or extract
- 1 teaspoon of Calm soluble mixture
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until completely melted. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Drain the tofu carefully so that it doesn't fall apart and rinse it in cold water. Place the tofu in the blender along with the maple syrup, vanilla, and Calma mix .
- Add the melted chocolate and beat until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
- Divide the mousse into glasses or bowls and refrigerate until the mousse has a firmer and thicker texture.
- Garnish with red berries, if desired, and enjoy!
Note: I always recommend using certified organic tofu to ensure the quality of the recipe.
