Aging is a part of life, but that doesn't mean we can't take care of our skin (and scalp - since it ages 6 times faster than the face! ) to keep everything firm, healthy and radiant.
For me, it's all about consistency and choosing the right products. Their quality is very important to me, whether in terms of skincare, the fabrics I wear, and of course, my diet – always as organic and natural as possible. Here's my essential routine:
In the morning: wake up the skin and give it an energy boost.
- The first thing I do, I have to be honest, is scrape my tongue , which I've noticed over time is one of the simplest things I do, but it makes all the difference to oral health, especially breath.
- Next, I move on to waking up the skin – using Jasmine cleansing oil , which I spread across my face while massaging with Gua Sha mushrooms . With age, this massage has become non-negotiable. It greatly helps to reduce puffiness and dark circles, so I try to do this lymphatic drainage every morning to feel more awake and that everything on my face is waking up. But I don't stop there! The mushrooms can be used to massage the rest of the face, stimulating circulation, toning, and redefining contours.
- I'm a true Matcha lover – thankfully it's considered an anti-aging elixir! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't have a large cup of matcha in the morning. Rich in antioxidants, Matcha helps fight free radicals, keep skin youthful, and give that energy boost without causing stress spikes like coffee – everything I need for my day!
In the evening: time to wind down - decompress, regenerate and care for your skin, mind and scalp!
-
I never go to bed without a nice hot cup of CALMA , really!! It helps me a lot to relax and sleep better.
-
Another tip that everyone should be doing is massaging the scalp . This helps to fill in and stimulate hair growth, but also relieves accumulated tension.
- I apply the Super Hair Serum and use the jade comb to stimulate circulation. As I often say, the scalp also ages , and over time, the hair loses density and vitality. Paying attention to the scalp is essential to maintaining strong and healthy hair, and this massage also helps to relax after an intense day.
- Cleanse your face and neck of the day's grime (and pollution). At night, I return to jasmine oil (or Best Skin). I apply it to my dry face, massage it in, and then use a warm cotton towel to remove all impurities.
- Total Revitalization – I'm ending the ENTIRE Revitaliza line :
-
Essence to prepare the skin and enhance absorption.
-
Serum for regeneration and firmness
-
Cream – and here I'm being generous! I always apply a good layer to hydrate and repair overnight, a tip from Estée Lauder itself (which worked well back when there were no invasive treatments – it was always a super hydration treatment overnight).
-
Taking care of your body is also anti-aging – Lately, I've been using the Revitalize Body Oil A LOT, which, in addition to being quickly absorbed, helps fight sagging and keep the skin nourished and luminous. I feel that as we get older, our skin gets drier... and inevitably more saggy. This body oil helps to super hydrate the skin; the difference happens in seconds, and it has a delicious and delicate citrus scent.
5 Essential Anti-Aging Habits
1. Stress Management – Excess cortisol accelerates aging. Simple techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or even being in nature help balance the nervous system and slow down the aging process. I can't do without the Super Woman capsules ; they are truly "lifesavers." I feel a lot of stress and pressure in my daily life, and these capsules are almost like an anchor to make sure I'm not excessively unbalancing my hormones.
2. Quality Sleep – Obsessed with sleep!! During the night, the body regenerates, and this is directly reflected in the skin and hormonal imbalance. Creating a relaxing nighttime ritual and avoiding screens before bed makes a huge difference in sleep quality. I always sleep without screens next to me and try to sleep at least 8 hours every night.
3. Sun exposure, but in moderation – The sun is essential for the production of vitamin D , which is fundamental for cell regeneration, collagen synthesis, and maintaining firm, healthy skin. Furthermore, it contributes to the balance of mental and emotional health . Whenever possible, I try to get natural light daily and, ideally, watch the sunrise to help regulate my circadian rhythm and optimize well-being.
4. A diet rich in antioxidants – What we eat is directly reflected in our skin. Focusing on red fruits, leafy greens, essential fatty acids (such as those found in avocados and salmon), and reducing refined sugars makes all the difference.
5. Laugh more! – It seems simple, but stress and emotions are reflected on our faces. Having moments of pleasure, connection, and fun not only improves energy but also makes us look (and feel!) younger.
Our skin (and hair) reflect our daily care. Small rituals, big results.
