Chocolate "Mousse" with avocado and sweet potato. Super creamy and delicious. Recipe to make!
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
1 roasted sweet potato , approximately 1 cup
2 level dessert spoons of CALMA
1 tablespoon melted chocolate
2 to 4 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender glass. Beat until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture. If necessary, add more coconut milk to obtain the desired consistency.
