Hot cocoa calmly

Better than holding a cup with a hot drink in your hands, you know you are full of good things for our body. When the weather gets colder, when I feel more below for the days that start to darken… this hot cocoa made with my blend CALM It is the perfect recipe to improve my mood. 

CALM It is a mixture of medicinal plants, overlapping and adaptogen, which calm the nervous system and anxiety, and make it quiet and relieved. It is made to cocoa, a sacred food, used in Aztec and Mayan rituals, which improves blood circulation and stimulates serotonin production - and therefore raises its mood. The mixture also has Reishi, a mushroom that strengthens the immune system and relieves it from Daily Stress, Ashwagandha, which balances emotions, and Shatavari, a medicinal plant full of antioxidants, with regulatory (and aphrodisiac functions too!).


Super Tip:

To make this cocoa hot even richer, you can gather 1 tablespoon of almond or litter, or 1/2 spoon of tea wound.  


Ingredients for 1 to 2 cups

2 cups of vegetable milk to your choice (my preferred)
2 teaspoons of CALM
1 teaspoon of cocoa butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder


Preparation

1. Heat the milk in a pan in medium heat without boiling.

2. In a blender, add the milk with the remaining ingredients. If you feel needed, add some sweetener to taste, such as coconut sugar or honey. 

3. Beat until you get a creamy mixture with foam at the top. If you like, sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon powder.
