Super Energy Chocolate Granola

A chocolate-flavored “Pick-Me”, which is good! A protein-rich granola and super foods that help you feel more energy and head to face the day.

You can eat over yogurt, acai ... with vegetable milk. Or take it to work and eat whenever you are hungry or feel more “soft”.

Ingredients:
Makes 4 cups

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • ¼ cup Energy protein
  • ¼ cup sunflower and or sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil or virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Syrup syrup, or other sweetener you like
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅓ cup in raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon in cardamom
  • ½ cup of coconut chips (or grated coconut)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at 170 ° C and line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, protein and seeds. Reserve.
  3. In a medium bowl, place the olive oil, the sucer syrup and the vanilla. Mix well. Add the cocoa powder and cardamom, incorporate.
  4. Add the cocoa mixture to that of oats, mixing well. Prove and add more sucer syrup if necessary.
  5. Pour the granola in the prepared form. Spread with the back of a large spoon to have a level layer.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and turn to cook evenly. Put again in the oven for 10 minutes or until it starts to get golden. Pay attention to this final part, as granola can burn very easily.
  7. Remove from oven and add the grated coconut if desired. Involve.
  8. Let cool completely before serving or saved. Keep the granola in a glass vial for two to three weeks.
