How to have fresh breath

What if you could wake up every day with fresh breath? That's exactly what routines are for – to create good habits that have visible effects – and that's why today we're sharing a set of tips to do your daily detox in a very simple way, while taking care of your oral hygiene naturally.

In fact, it's all connected. Our breath, obviously, is related to our oral hygiene, and that includes our teeth, but also our tongue, gums, and the balance of our oral microbiome. The health of our entire mouth, therefore!

Start your morning with a transformative self-care routine. Follow these steps every day, on an empty stomach, to keep your body free of toxins and start your day right!

1. Scrape your tongue

This may be new to many, but for Ayurvedic medicine, it's a daily practice that has been around for thousands of years! The tongue is a "collector" of toxins, almost like a filter or a reservoir where unwanted debris accumulates. Therefore, cleaning it every morning with our copper tongue scraper is so beneficial. This is an ancient practice that removes bacteria accumulated on the tongue during sleep and awakens gastric enzymes for their digestive work. You should use the scraper on your tongue as soon as you wake up, even before drinking water, sliding the scraper with light pressure to remove dirt until no more residue comes out.

2. Rinse with the Brilha mouthwash.

Next, complete the detox with our Brilha mouthwash, a natural oil with a mint scent that cleanses toxins from your mouth, keeps your teeth white, your breath fresh, and your gums healthy. You should rinse your mouth on an empty stomach for at least 3 minutes.

3. Drink a detox lemonade.
