Gelado de Coco e Framboesa

Coconut and Raspberry

Now that summer is here is time to use the ice cream forms that you must have stored in some closet. I guarantee they are much easier and faster to do than you can imagine!

The “extra benefits” of these ice cream will support the skin and the body to be more hydrated from the inside out, and to enhance not only sunscreen but the regeneration of the skin. Besides being a success with the younger ones, these homemade recipes are much tastier, creative and healthy!

Ingredients:
(Serves 12)

Molds for ice cream and sticks (or nonsense straws)

2 cups of coconut milk (can)

2 tablespoons of sweetener to taste (honey, acer syrup, whatever you like)

1 teaspoon of Beauty drops

1 teaspoon of Cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon Pure beauty

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or seeds of a vanilla pod

1 cup of raspberries

Mix coconut milk, sweetener, beauty drops, cardamom, Pure beauty and the vanilla in a blender and beat until a soft, creamy mixture.

Distribute the raspberries by the molds. Pour the coconut preparation over the raspberries until filling. Enter the sticks. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours until firm.

When ready, quickly pass the molds by hot water to help drop the ice cream. They retain in the freezer up to 1 month.
