Chocolate chip cookies chip

Gluten-free, refined sugar-free and super delicious!!! These cookies need no comment. You'll understand when you try them. 

Make double the recipe, as they disappear in seconds!

 

Ingredients

1 e 1/2  chávein of almond flour 

1/2 cup of oat flakes

1/4 chávein of tahini

1/4 cup peanut butter 

1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil 

1/4 chávein of maple syrup

1 pinch of vanilla in por 1 teaspoon of essence 

50gr chocolate chips

 

Preparation

Set the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the tahini, peanut butter, melted butter, acer syrup and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.

Adde almond flour and oat flakes mix well. Add the chocolate chips and wrapa.

Forme balls with the help of a colher of ice cream maker and pour into the prepared pan. Flattene with the palm of your hand or the base of a glass so that they are shaped like disks. 

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
