Hot Cocoa calmly
Better than holding a cup with a hot drink in your hands, is to know that it is full of good things for our body. When the weather gets colder, when I feel more down for the days that begin to darken... this hot cocoa made with my blend CALM it's the perfect recipe to boost my mood.
CALM it is a mixture of medicinal plants, superfoods and adaptogens, which calm the nervous system and anxiety, and leave you calm and relieved. It is made from Cocoa, a sacred food used in Aztec and Mayan rituals, which improves blood circulation and stimulates the production of serotonin - and therefore raises your mood. The mixture also has reishi, a mushroom that strengthens the immune system and relieves it of daily stress, ashwagandha, which balances emotions, and shatavari, a medicinal plant full of antioxidants, with regulatory functions (and aphrodisiacs too!).
Super Tip:
To make this hot cocoa even richer, you can add 1 tablespoon of almond butter or apple, or 1/2 teaspoon tea Chagas.
Ingredients for 1 to 2 glasses
