Baked Brownie Oats

When I saw "Baked Oats" versions I knew I had to try it out. Then I wondered because I had waited so long! A kind of "super cute, light and delicious" cake in the mug ". Rich in fiber, protein and adaptogens that will help control stress and anxiety.

A super delicious, fast and healthy recipe to make whenever you need some "sweet".



INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of oatmeal

1/2 banana

1 egg

2 spoons of shallow dessert CALM

1/4 teaspoon powder yeast

1/4 teaspoon vanilla (I used vanilla powder)

1/3 cup of vegetable milk (I used almond) 

1 teaspoon chopped chocolate


PREPARATION

Heat the oven at 170c.

Place in a blender glass the oats, banana, egg, CALM, yeast, vanilla and milk. Beat until it gets a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

Turn the preparation for a cup or cup that can go to the oven. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and bake for 30 minutes, or even cooked inside. 

Remove from oven, let cool slightly so as not to burn and eat.
