Baked Brownie Oats
When I saw versions of "baked oats" I knew I had to try it. Then I wondered why I had waited so long! A kind of super fluffy, light and delicious "cake in a mug". Rich in fiber, protein and adaptogens that will help control stress and anxiety.
A super delicious, quick and healthy recipe to make whenever you need some "sweet".
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 banana
1 egg
2 shallow dessert spoons of CALMA
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (I used vanilla powder)
1/3 cup vegetable milk (I used almond)
1 teaspoon chopped chocolate
PREPARATION
Heat the oven to 170C.
Place in a blender cup the oats, banana, egg, CALMyeast, vanilla, and milk. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture, without lumps.
Turn the mixture into a glass or cup that can go to the oven. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked inside.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly so as not to burn and eat.
