When I saw versions of "baked oats" I knew I had to try them. Then I wondered why I had waited so long! A kind of super fluffy, light and delicious "mug cake". Rich in fiber, protein and adaptogens that will help control stress and anxiety.

A super delicious, quick, and healthy recipe to make whenever you need something sweet.



INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 banana

1 egg

2 level dessert spoons of CALM

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla (I used vanilla powder)

1/3 cup of plant-based milk (I used almond milk)

1 teaspoon of chopped chocolate


PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 170C.

Place the oats, banana, egg, CALMA ( a brand of powdered sugar), baking powder, vanilla, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and free of lumps.

Pour the mixture into an oven-safe glass or cup. Sprinkle with chocolate chunks and bake for 30 minutes, or tie it closed from the inside.

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly so you don't burn yourself, and eat.
