Baked Brownie Oats

When I saw versions of "baked oats" I knew I had to try them. Then I asked myself why I had waited so long! A kind of super cute, light and delicious "cake in a mug". Rich in fiber, protein and adaptogens that will help control stress and anxiety.

A super delicious, quick and healthy recipe to make whenever you need some "sweet".



INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 banana

1 egg

2 level dessert spoons of CALMA

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon vanilla (I used vanilla powder)

1/3 cup plant-based milk (I used almond)

1 teaspoon chopped chocolate


PREPARATION

Heat the oven to 170C.

Place the oats, banana, egg, CALMA , yeast, vanilla and milk in a blender glass. Beat until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, without lumps.

Turn the mixture into an oven-safe glass or cup. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked inside.

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly to avoid burning and eat.
