The best Brownies ever!

I'm always looking for the best brownie recipe and this was the best I've found so far! If you love brownies as much as I do you have to try this recipe. If you don't like tahini, no problem, just omit it.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 200g culinary chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (essence or powder)
  • 1 cup spelled flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons tahini

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oven to 160C. Line a square pan with parchment paper. Reserve.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. When it is melted, remove it from the heat and let it come to room temperature.
  3. 'In a medium bowl, gently beat the eggs and sugar, do not beat too much to avoid incorporating too much air.
  4. Add the melted chocolate into the egg mixture along with the vanilla. Incorporate.
  5. Sift the flour and cocoa over the top and mix and incorporate gently. Turn the dough into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of tahini on top to create the idea of ​​marble. Place in the oven for 25 min. The brownies should still be soft in the center. Leave to cool in the tin before cutting into squares.
