I'm always on the lookout for the best brownie recipe, and this is the best one I've found so far! If you love brownies as much as I do, you need to try this recipe. If you don't like tahini, that's fine, just omit it.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 200g of cooking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 200g of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla (essence or powder)
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 4 tablespoons of tahini
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, gently beat the eggs and sugar together, being careful not to overbeat and incorporate too much air.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder over the top and gently mix and incorporate. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of tahini over the top to create a marbled effect. Bake for 25 minutes. The brownies should still be soft in the center. Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
