Today I wanted to share a recipe from me, of the old ...
Who doesn't like a good chocolate cake?! This is very creamy inside. It takes little flour and sugar. The secret is to use a good chocolate!
I like to serve it with a coffee cream, but it can perfectly omit, if you don't like it, or serve with Greek yogurt.
I hope you enjoy ♡.
Serves 6 to 8
For the cake
400 gr chocolate
125 gr of unsalted butter
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour without yeast
For coffee cream
200 gr de Mascarpone
1 tablespoon of coffee powder
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
-
Preheat the oven to 200º. Line a round shape, those of spring, with parchment paper. Grease with butter. Reserve.
-
Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl in a Maria bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
-
However, beat the eggs with the sugar in an electric mixer, for 10 minutes or until triple in volume and get a very thick mixture. Gently incorporate flour followed by the melted chocolate.
-
Pour the preparation in the pan and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from FORME and pass a knife around the cake. Remove the collar from the pan and put the cake in the fridge, cooling for 1 hour - this step is important!
-
However, make the coffee cream. Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
-
Serve the cake accompanied by the coffee cream or Greek yogurt.
