Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of frozen biological blueberries (any seasonal fruit works)
1 bad hand full of spinach (slightly vapor -cooked)
1 teaspoon of maca dust
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds or pumpkin
2 spoons of protein powder, our favorite for hormonal balance
2 dates (homeless)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Drink and feel more complete!
