This is the recipe you should be making almost daily. Rich in antioxidants, omega fatty acids, and hormone-balancing seeds. Delicious and complete.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of frozen organic blueberries (any seasonal fruit works)
1 slightly heaped handful of spinach (lightly steamed)
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1 teaspoon of açaí powder
1 teaspoon of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
2 scoops of protein powder , our favorite for hormonal balance.
2 dates (pitted)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and feel fuller!
