ASHWAGANDHA LATTE - MPL beauty

A calming drink, perfect for helping to combat anxiety and stress.

With Ashwagandha, a plant (usually the root is used) that helps support the nervous system, it acts as a natural anxiolytic. Traditionally, it is used to treat anxiety, low energy levels, and combat premature aging. So let's all start drinking this latte to face the colder months with a different kind of energy and vitality.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of milk (we used almond milk)
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
½ teaspoon of cardamom
2 pinches of cinnamon
2 pinches of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, etc.)

PREPARATION

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan, or in a milk frother.

  2. Heat and mix well.

  3. To serve, sprinkle with an extra pinch of cinnamon and cardamom.
