Ashwagandha Latte

A perfect soothing drink to help fight anxiety and stress.

With Ashwagandha, a plant (usually the root is used), which It helps support the nervous system, it acts as a natural anxiolytic. It is traditionally used to treat anxiety, low energy levels and combat premature aging. So let's all start drinking this latte to face the coldest months with different energy and vitality. 

 

 

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup of milk (we use almond)
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
½ tsp of cardamom
2 hints of cinnamon
2 pinches of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sweetener to taste (honey, acer syrup ..)

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan, or in a milk scout. 

  2. Heat and mix well.

  3. To serve sprinkle with an extra pitch of cinnamon and cardamom.
