Anti-Stress Tonic
This is a tonic I do many times during the week, especially when I feel more anxious and stressed. And as they already know stress is the number one enemy of our endocrine system.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Hot vegetable milk key
2 tablespoons of calm
1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon of Reishi
1 teaspoon or more of ghee*
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender glass. Beat well until you get a creamy and foam mixture. Add sweetener to taste (I usually don't use it because calm brings enough candy).
* Our hormones are made of cholesterol, so they need good fats. Namely ghee, avocado, good olive oil .. don't be afraid to use ghee. Ghee is fundamental to our body to work as it should be.
